Privacy policy

How SV Internet handles account details, Google sign-in, messages, saved orders and website preferences.

Who this policy covers

SV INTERNET TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. operates this website. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect information when you browse, create an account, sign in with Google, contact us or submit an order request. Contact us through our contact page with privacy questions.

Information we handle

  • Account data: your name, email, country, optional profile photo and saved favourites. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.
  • Enquiry data: the name, email and message you send, along with relevant product selections. Contact and product-enquiry forms do not accept attachments.
  • Saved order data: product choices, quantities and the contact and delivery details you provide.
  • Support messages: conversation content and any attachments you choose to send.
  • Technical data: information such as IP addresses and request activity processed for access control, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

Do not submit passwords, identity documents, card details, CVV codes, banking passwords or OTP verification codes through enquiries, public reviews or support chat.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide accounts, verify email addresses, manage sign-in and recovery, remember saved choices, respond to messages, discuss and handle order requests, moderate reviews and protect the website. We do not use your Google sign-in information for advertising.

Signing in with Google

Google sign-in is optional and requests your basic identity and email information. When you choose it, Google shares a provider identifier, email verification status and basic profile information used to create or recognise your SV account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive, photos or files. Google access tokens and the client secret are not returned to your browser or saved as customer profile data. Existing password accounts are not automatically linked just because their email matches.

Google also handles information under its privacy policy. You can remove SV access in your Google account settings; that does not automatically delete your SV account or records held by SV.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for choices such as language and saved selections. Some choices are stored on your device before they become an order request. Session cookies help prevent scripts from reading authentication tokens. You can clear browser storage or block cookies, but sign-in and saved choices may stop working.

Who may receive information

Authorised SV staff can access information needed to provide the service. Hosting and database infrastructure (Render), website delivery and protection (Cloudflare), transactional email delivery (Resend), and Google sign-in process information relevant to their functions. Messages sent by email also reach the SV mailboxes handling your enquiry. If you choose WhatsApp or another external link, that service handles the information you send there under its own terms.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Information may also need to be shared when required by applicable law or to protect people and the service. We do not sell account information or Google sign-in data.

Public content and private information

Approved product reviews, public comments and their associated public display names can be visible to other visitors. Published staff profiles and News content are public. Do not include private contact or payment details in public messages. Customer delivery details, private enquiries, backend permissions and private account records are not intended for public display.

Retention and security

Contact and product enquiries are available in the application for 30 days and then expire. Email copies may remain in the receiving mailbox, and backup copies follow the relevant backup lifecycle. Support-message retention is configurable and is shown in the chat privacy notice. Accounts, saved orders, moderation records and operational records do not all have the same automatic expiry; contact us about deletion or retention questions.

The application encrypts supported enquiry, saved-order and support-message records at rest. This is not end-to-end encryption: authorised staff can read them. Not every database field or public file is individually encrypted. Password hashing, access controls and encrypted connections reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can edit available profile details, manage favourites, sign out and control browser storage. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, to object to its use, or to ask about rights available under the law that applies to you. We will handle requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal obligations, unresolved transactions, security or backup recovery. Account deletion is handled by staff, not an automatic self-service promise.

Children and changes

The account and ordering services are intended for people able to enter the relevant agreement. If a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it. We may update this policy as the service changes; the published version will show its update date.
