Using the website
These terms describe use of the SV INTERNET TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. website. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and only create an account or request services when you can enter the relevant agreement or have appropriate permission. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit requests.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. Do not access another person's account, impersonate anyone or attempt to bypass access controls. Google sign-in is optional when available; email/password sign-in is also supported. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with applicable requirements.
Product information and previews
Photos, descriptions, availability, dimensions, prices and digital finishes help you explore a product. Confirm the actual specification, currency, quantity, finish, total price and availability with SV before agreeing to an order. Lighting, screens, natural materials and handmade production can affect appearance. 3D previews and colour selections are illustrative, not a guarantee of an exact finished item.
Enquiries and saved order requests
Sending an enquiry, adding a product to a basket or submitting a saved order request does not by itself confirm stock, accept a sale or create a paid order. SV must confirm the agreed specification, price and delivery arrangements separately. A displayed order status is operational information, not proof of payment.
Online payment is not connected. This website does not collect payment through the saved-order flow. Do not send card information, banking passwords or verification codes through messages. Any payment arrangement must be confirmed separately through a verified SV contact.
Anti-scam notice
SV staff will not ask for your card CVV, online banking password, SMS OTP or financial verification codes through website chat, enquiry forms, WhatsApp or email. Treat such requests as suspicious and contact SV through a verified channel. Never share these details to confirm an order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery destinations, timing, shipping costs, duties, cancellations, returns and any custom-production conditions must be confirmed for your specific order before you agree. Do not assume a universal delivery or return promise from a catalogue listing. Nothing here removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Reviews, comments and uploads
Submit only lawful content you have permission to share. Do not include another person's private information, harassment, misleading reviews or harmful files. You give SV permission to host, display and moderate the content you submit for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content. Reviews are moderated; a verified email account is not proof of a verified purchase. We may decline or remove content that violates these rules.
Website materials and external services
Website designs, text, photos and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reuse them beyond what the relevant owner, licence or applicable law permits. Third-party and open-source materials retain their respective licences. Custom design files you provide remain yours unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Third-party links and services, including Google and WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep information useful and the service available, but mistakes, interruptions and changes can occur. Contact us to confirm information before relying on it for a purchase. Responsibility for an agreed transaction is determined by the confirmed order terms and applicable law; these website terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
